Why choose WEGOMA?
Well-known manufacturers like Aluplast with the new Energeto neo series, Rehau with the new Artevo glazing beads, or Gealan with the Kontur series are fully committed to aluminum looks and butt cuts. However, these beads don‘t have a 90° bevel, but rather, depending on the system, a bevel of 75° to 89°. To ensure a butt cut, the bevel must not be cut at a 90° angle, but at a slight angle. At the same time the customer still want to cut traditional systems, for which you need a powerful 45° glazing bead saw.
A 90° joint on the glazing bead perfectly complements this aluminium look – and simultaneously solves a common problem with small sashes:

Wide, rigid glazing beads are difficult to bend.
The 90° cut completely eliminates this problem.
